Rainer Heufers

Rainer Heufers guides the institutional development and supervises the research and communication efforts of the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies. He has spent more than three decades on public policy research and project management concerning the economic transition of the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia.

He is also the founder and Managing Director of Siap Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based training and consulting firm that provides strategic counseling, public policy consulting, leadership training, organizational development and other services.
