Dr. Donna Gultom serves as Treasurer of CIPS and is Chair of the Anti-Dumping Committee within the Ministry of Trade.

Between 2014 – 2020, she was the Director of ASEAN Cooperation, Ministry of Trade, and served as Senior Economic Official Lead of Indonesia in negotiations on ASEAN economic cooperation. She was also part of Indonesia’s Trade Negotiating Committee regarding the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

Prior to her work in the Ministry of Trade, Dr. Gultom worked in the Ministry of Agriculture for 7 years, where she promoted Indonesia’s agriculture products and advocated for issues concerning Indonesian agriculture in the WTO. She holds a PhD in Agriculture from the University of Göttingen.
